As part of the HISinOne application and student management system, the following personal data will be collected from you for the purpose of facilitating the application for educational support in accordance with BAföG personal data on your course of study will be collected, processed and made available to the Amt für Ausbildungsförderung (Office for Educational Support) at the Studierendenwerk Bielefeld.
Your personal data, which is processed for the purposes mentioned under 2, will be made available to the Amt für Ausbildungsförderung (Office for Educational Support) at the Studierendenwerk Bielefeld. The employees of the Office receive access to the data mentioned under 2. via a personalized login, exclusively for processing the applications for BAföG.
In individual cases, data may also be transferred to third parties on the basis of legal permission, for example to law enforcement authorities for the investigation of criminal offenses within the framework of the provisions of the German Strafprozessordnung (Code of Criminal Procedure; StPO). If technical service providers are given access to personal data, this is done on the basis of a contract in accordance with Art. 28 German DS-GVO.
Personal data will be deleted after the purpose of processing and the retention period of Bielefeld University (30 years) has expired.
